Delivery
Our current dispatch time is 2-4 working days. We aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping - England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland*

We use the carrier Yodel for England, Scotland & Wales.

We use the carrier Royal Mail for Northern Ireland.

*Please note if you are ordering from Northern Ireland, we cannot guarantee that customs will allow the parcel into the country even with the relevant forms completed. If we receive the parcel back, we will refund you the full amount.

Returns
You have the right to return items for 7 days from the date of delivery. Food items cannot be returned, all other items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item and find that it has been used or is in a poor condition. All return postage costs are paid for by you (the customer) unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting returned items lies with you (the customer).

In cases of faulty or damaged item(s) please contact us via the contact form or email moochinpoochenquiries@gmail.com with photographs of the faults/damages.

Refunds
Please allow up to 10 working days from the day we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been processed.
