Calcium is important at every stage of your pet's life:

Puppies and kittens in particular, whilst still growing, are dependent on an increased calcium intake to support bone growth. 

Pregnant animals also need more calcium, as they also have to supply other living creatures with this essential mineral.

In seniors, bone resorption processes are already advanced, which is why an increased intake of calcium can help to slow down these processes.

Feeding Instructions:

The powder can simply be mixed into the daily feed. If bones are also being fed, the amount should be reduced or omitted accordingly. The specified daily requirement is only a recommendation and may vary.

Requirement for adult dogs:

Dogs up to 5 kg: 3g daily

Dogs up to 10 kg: 5g daily

Dogs up to 15 kg: 7g daily

Dogs up to 20 kg: 9g daily

Dogs up to 25 kg: 11g daily

Dogs up to 30 kg: 13g daily

For larger dogs, add 2g per 5kg body weight.

Puppies/young dogs up to 6 months approx. 2 - 2.5 g per kilo body weight. Large dogs from 6 months to 12 months approx. 1.5 g per kilo body weight. The calcium requirement of a growing dog is individual and depends on body weight, age, current weight and final weight.

Requirement for adult cats:

Cats up to 2 kg: 0.5g daily

Cats up to 4 kg: 1g daily

Cats up to 8 kg: 2g daily

Feeding Guidelines

Suitable for dogs & cats 8 weeks+

We recommend you supervise your dog whilst feeding in a stain-resistant area and ensure fresh water is always available.

Treats contribute to your dog’s daily calorie intake as part of a balanced diet. When feeding treats, slightly reduce your dog’s main meals to help them maintain a healthy weight.
